Lucas Grandin (1976) lives and works in a small village near Le Mans in France. Apart from his activities as a visual artist, he also teaches art. He studied at l' Ecole Supérieure des Beaux-arts du Mans. As a visual artist and sound artist, his energetic work - often made from recycled materials – was shown at a variety of solo exhibitions in France and Canada. He recently produced a large work of art in a public space in the city of millions of Douala, Cameroon: ‘Le Jardin Sonore’.
